Thinking about joining a choir? Then look no further than the Bont!

We are always looking for new members, but we're not only after your voice - however great though it's sure to be - we are also after you! Our choristers come from every walk of life, with students, teachers and nurses singing alongside lawyers, tradesmen and soldiers.

We have a thriving social life which includes concert trips abroad as well as in the UK.

We also organise social nights and have many 'afterglows', which are relaxed singing sessions to entertain customers in local hostelries, particularly after concerts.

Please read our New Members leaflet which highlights some of the frequently asked questions which should help you feel at ease if you want to give us a try.
You will not be asked to audition; just a simple voice test to see in which section of the choir your voice is best suited.

Many of our members were uncertain about joining a male choir before approaching us, fearing that it would be too difficult to learn the repertoire.

Fear not! We pride ourselves on having dedicated people within our membership who will ensure your smooth induction into the choir.

Our choristers understand new members’ concerns and challenges, as they have experienced these themselves.
